Consultants: Gary J. Resnick
Gary joined Kazan International as a Vice President in 2000 following a career in marketing and finance in the healthcare and industrial chemicals industries. Gary has a keen understanding of the skill sets and capabilities required to be successful in the business environment, and applies that knowledge when assessing candidates during a search. He also strives to build great relationships with both clients and candidates to consistently reach a win-win outcome throughout the search process.
Prior to joining Kazan International, Gary held senior level marketing and financial positions at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) and BOC Gases. These included assignments as Business Unit Manager, Anesthesia Systems and Director of Marketing for the medical surgical business at BD.
After completing his MBA at Rutgers University, Gary began his career in auditing with Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) during which time he became a CPA in New Jersey. He then joined W.R. Grace & Co. and progressed through a series of financial management assignments in the industrial chemicals group before joining BOC.
